Ordering from Truckers is easy!

1. Select your product.

Daily Logs, Vehicle Inspection Reports or Combination Forms. (Other products are also available.)

2. Select your type from the chart.

Variations of the forms will be listed on the left, including Books versus Looseleaf. Across the top will be Stock, Imprinted or Custom.

a. If you have chosen the Stock version of a product, you will be taken to a list of our distributors where you may select and order your product. If you wish to preview any of our forms, look at the Imprinted version to see a sample of what we have to offer.

b. If you have chosen Imprinted, you will be taken through our interactive proofing process.

1. We will give you a link to download an interactive preview of your form.

2. You then complete your order in the shopping cart of the website, your credit card information will be taken but will not be charged.

3. You then enter your personal information on the actual form you downloaded. You can print a preview version and take as much time as necessary to make sure the information is correct and to your satisfaction.

4. Once you are satisfied with the form, you submit it by clicking the Submit button right on the form.

5. We will then process your card, print your form exactly as you submitted it to us and send it to your door!

c. If you have chosen Custom, you will be taken to our Contact page. Our customization options are virtually limitless, so you can contact us directly and see what your options are.
